Ioana Andrievici is an experienced soft skills trainer with over 20 years of professional experience in negotiation, contract agreements, sales, communication, mediation and conflict resolution, leadership, time management, and work-life balance. Her expertise spans various methodological approaches.
She is also actively engaged as a trainer for team-building activities, offering interactive programs to enhance teamwork and interpersonal relationships within organizations. As an entrepreneur, she co-founded and co-owns Rubinian Company, where she contributes to strategic business development and operational improvements.
As an author, she has written several specialized books on negotiation, including "101 Negotiation Techniques," "Negotiation and Contract Drafting," "The Negotiation Plan," and "How to Negotiate Well with Anything and Anyone." Dana Adriana Lupșa Tătaru is an associate professor with a PhD in Management, specializing in entrepreneurship education, business strategy, and industry analysis. With over 22 years of academic experience, she teaches courses on entrepreneurship, knowledge management, and e-commerce at Transilvania University of Brașov. She has also coordinated numerous student-led projects, workshops, and conferences, fostering creativity and leadership among young professionals.
Beyond academia, she is an experienced speaker, has a strong background in communication consultancy and non-profit leadership, having led initiatives focused on female leadership and youth development. As a Fulbright visiting professor in the U.S., she gained international expertise in entrepreneurship education.
Mihaela Stroe is a Behavioral Profiler in Business, an International Trainer, a Motivational Speaker, and an Expert in Nonverbal Intelligence, holding a PhD in Sociology & Social Psychology with a specialization in Nonverbal Communication. Prof.Dr Mirjana RADOVIĆ-MARKOVIĆ is a Full Professor and principal research fellow. She gained complete expert education from the Faculty of Economics, Belgrade University. After her dissertation completing, she continued her advanced studies in the Netherlands, USA and Russia, where she specialized at Lomonosow on the multidisciplinary studies department.
Professor Dr Radović-Marković is the author of 308 scientific works .Her most famous books are "Entrepreneurship and Work in Gig Economy" (2021), "Globalization and Entrepreneurship in Small Countries", (2019), then "Qualitative methods in economics", (2017), as well as the book "Women and entrepreneurship: female durability, persistence and intuition at work" (2013). The last one in the mentioned series was a bestseller in America in August 2014. She is the recipient of 26 awards in the country and abroad and is a member of ten academies of sciences and arts (two national), as well as five honorary doctorates. For example, for her high scientific contribution, the Institute of Economic Sciences awarded her the annual "Tomislav Popović" Award twice in October 2017 and December 2021. In addition, she was awarded the first prize for the best science paper for 2017, EMERALD LITERALI AWARDS, which is selected and awarded by the world-renowned EMERALD publishing house from Great Britain; July 2018 and many others.

She teaches as a full professor in Serbia, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Russia and America. In the last few years, she has been teaching in China, and from March 2024 she was elected a distinguished professor at Normal University, China, March 2024.
Prof. Dr. Radmila Grozdanić, Academician, from Belgrade, Serbia holds a Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D. in Economic Sciences. She served as University Professor for 20 years, at the University of Novi Sad – Faculty of Technical Sciences, Zrenjanin, and the University of Kragujevac – Faculty of Technical Sciences, Čačak, where she was also the Head of the Department of Entrepreneurial Engineering. Since 2018, at the High School of BE and Entrepreneurship, where she was also the Head of the Department of Entrepreneurial Engineering. She has completed specializations in EU Project & Structural Funds at the Institute of Political Sciences, The Hague, Netherlands; Modern Business Skills at WIFI Institute, Austria, where she is an Authorized Instructor for Southeast Europe; Quality Management (ISO 9000-2000) as a Quality Assessor; and Innovation & SME Internationalization at Casa di Risparmio di Venezia, Italy. As a researcher, she has authored 986 scientific works and books covering entrepreneurship, with a focus on women's entrepreneurship, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), finance, economy, regional and technological development, innovation, and project management. Her works have been published in leading international and domestic journals, monographs, and anthologies, with numerous citations demonstrating their impact. An active reviewer, she has assessed over 450 international papers, books, and publications for prestigious journals and conferences. She is an international and national expert in SME development, entrepreneurship, education, industry, and innovation, economic and rural development. Since 2006, she has served as Vice President of the European Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ECSB). She is also a regular member of the New York Academy of Sciences, the Royal Academy of Sciences and Artists of Serbia, and the University Network of Entrepreneurship Researchers of Countries in Transition (EREVET), Budapest. She has led over 80 EU-funded scientific and professional projects, along with seven national projects under the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology of Serbia. Her contributions include key roles in national and international development strategies, feasibility studies, and technology incubator initiatives. Her government and advisory roles include serving as an Advisor to the President of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce for Local Development (2007-2008) and membership in several influential bodies, including the Republic Guarantee Fund (2003-2005), the Economic Council of Čačak Municipality (2006-2008), the Tourism Cluster Council of Čačak (as President), the Scientific Society of Serbian Economists (1998-2000), the Republic Council for Quality (1997-1998), and the Management Board of Opportunity Bank, Novi Sad (2008-2018). Since 2010, she has been an Accreditation Reviewer for the Ministry of Education, and from 2014 to 2021, she was a member of the Assembly of Serbian Railways. In the business sector, she has held executive roles including General Director of the Institute for Entrepreneurship, Belgrade (1994-1999), Bankruptcy Manager of Department Stores Belgrade (2003), and Executive Director of the SME Sector (2003-2006). Dr.
Sara Yassine has over 16 years of experience in training
and academia, specializing in competency-based training design, project
management (academic research and action research), pedagogical coordination,
and academic research. Her expertise lies particularly in teaching and research
methodology, where she has delivered numerous courses and seminars and
contributed to developing and implementing training programs in management and
entrepreneurship at both Bachelor's and Master's levels, as well as in
professional training. These initiatives have often been carried out in
collaboration with international partners, including institutions in Canada.
Beyond teaching, she has
played a key role in several academic programs' pedagogical and administrative
coordination and has been actively involved in strategic projects. Her
contributions include establishing a quality label for accreditation and
developing training programs based on the competency-based approach, analyzing
entrepreneurial dynamics in Morocco and internationally through the Global
Entrepreneurship Monitor, contributing to the national strategy for the
promotion and development of the handicraft sector in Morocco, conducting
studies on financial and non-financial services supporting employability in
collaboration with the International Labour Organization (ILO), and leading the
implementation of the Yabda Erasmus project, fostering innovation and
entrepreneurship.
Additionally, she coordinated
the Entrepreneurship and Organizational Management Research Laboratory, where
she actively contributed to applied research projects aligned with
socio-economic needs. Her work continues to focus on fostering
entrepreneurship, developing innovative educational programs, and bridging
academia with real-world business challenges. Currently, she serves as the Head
of the Entrepreneurship Hub at her faculty, where she leads initiatives to
support entrepreneurial projects, mentors students, and strengthens the link

Secretary General of Botswana academy of sciences
Dr. Dikabo Mogopodi serves as Deputy Secretary General for Botswana
Academy of Science where she has led projects and initiated strategic
partnerships. She is the founding Secretary General for OWSD-Botswana National
Chapter where she also leads capacity building workshops for women in STEM.
She holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry and teaches Chemistry at the
University of Botswana. She has worked in many areas of research including
water safety, food safety and food security with focus on indigenous plants.
She is a member of Network of African Science Academies; Women for Science
Working Group. She serves in advisory committees as an assessor, nationally and
internationally. She is a former Next Einstein Forum Ambassador 2019-2022,
under which she organized the first Africa Science Week conference for SADC
region, a fellow for Africa Science Leadership Programme and a fellow for Black
Women in Science.
She is an Associate of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical
Weapons. She serves in Aphrike Research Secretariat. She has served in
Innovation Equity Forum Steering Committee and contributed to mapping Women’s
Health Innovation Opportunity Map, which identifies 50 opportunities for
catalyzing innovation to improve women’s health supported by Bill Melinda Gates

Esra Kahya Ozyirmidokuz graduated from Erciyes University Control and
Computer Engineering Department. She continued with Business Administration
master program. In her thesis, she developed an innovative fuzzy expert system
aimed at evaluating job application forms. Her Ph.D. thesis was in carpet-manufacturing
firm techniques, which was an online software system, specialized in analyzing
machine downtime and error data, utilizing advanced techniques in data mining
and machine learning. Her expertise is in the field of management information
systems. She worked at Bournemouth University as a visiting researcher in
2015 and in 2019. She worked in the Computer Technologies Department of Kayseri
Vocational College between 2005 and 2018 in the Business Administration
Department from 2019 to 2022, in Industrial Engineering Department from 2023 to
2025. Currently, she is a part of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative
Sciences. She heads the Interdisciplinary Graduate Management Information
Systems Master's Program and Erciyes University Happy Crowd Research
Group. She is Associate Professor at the Erciyes University.

PROF. FLORENCE KAGENDO MUINDI PhD is an associate professor in the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Business and Management Science of Business, University of Nairobi. Between 2018 and 2024, Florence was the chairperson of the Department of Business Administration and exited after successful tour of duty. Currently she is the chairperson of the Productivity Measurements and Mainstreaming committee of the University of Nairobi.
Apart from lecturing in the University
she is also has many years of experience as a consultant and researcher in the
area of Entrepreneurship, organizational
leadership, management, and development. As an academic, Florence is
involved in several international collaborations with likeminded Universities
and institutions. Florence has a wealth of experience in consultancy for the
private sector, public sector and Non-governmental organizations having done
consultancies in these sectors in the last 30 years. She has skills and competence in providing
solutions to organizations in the area of Human
resources management, Strategic management, Entrepreneurship, Organization Development Leadership and
Governance. She has the necessary know how to develop best practices and
take organization efficiency and effectiveness to highest level through various
interventions in management and leadership.
Florence holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Business Administration (Human Resources
Management) from the University of Nairobi, a Master of Science in
Entrepreneurship Development (Jomo
Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology) and a Bachelor of Education degree (Business and
Economics) from the University of Nairobi). She is also a practicing member
of the Insitute of Human Resource Management ( IHRM ) and a Certified
TriMetrix HR Value Adding Agent (VAA) AND Talent Analyst.
She holds a Doctorate of Library and
Information Science (University of Zululand, South Africa-2011), MSc. in
Information Science (Makerere University, Uganda-2005), MBA (Moi University,
Kenya-2012), PGD in Librarianship (Makerere University, Uganda- 1998) and B.A.
Hons (University of Nairobi, Kenya-1989).
Dr. Njiraine published widely on
diverse information science, technological and management issues. She has also
consulted for local and International Organizations, which include and not
limited to World Bank, UNESCO, Department of Science and Technology, South
Africa and National Museum’s initiative of Natural Products. Additionally she
successfully coordinated the production of three episodes of video
documentaries from documented pathfinders’ interviews on the key stages in the
2010 Kenya constitution making process, how women built each other’s individual
capacity to fight and negotiate for women’s agenda and the role of women and women
organizations during the constitutional making process.
She has actively advocated for the
rights of Persons with Disability at national devolved units and advised the
Embu County in formulating strategies for empowering Children with Disabilities
in 2016. She has also actively been involve in Equity Bank’s Wings to Fly
initiative for economically challenged students.

Janiffer
Nyarangi has over 11 years of experience in training, finance, research,
and capacity building, with a focus on value chain development across multiple
sectors. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration and is currently
pursuing a PhD in Strategic Management at the University of Nairobi. Her
expertise includes research, project management, business strategy formulation,
and financial management.
As a management consultant
and business trainer, she has played a key role in strengthening SMEs through
capacity-building initiatives. In addition to her academic qualifications, she
has earned certifications in monitoring and evaluation, project planning,
management consulting, and entrepreneurship training.
Throughout her career, she
has taken on diverse roles, including serving as a part-time lecturer at the
University of Nairobi, a Project Reporting Officer at AceleAfrica, and a
Strategy Consultant at ADZE Strategic Consultants. Previously, she worked as a
Programs Manager at Miss Koch Kenya, where she led social impact programs,
secured substantial funding, and implemented youth empowerment initiatives. Her
experience also includes serving as a Relationship Manager at the National Bank
